Cancellation Policy
By booking with Jumbo’s Autowash, you agree to the following: Cancellations 48 hours’ notice required depending on booking time. Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee. Payment Payment is due in full upon completion. Additional charges may apply if vehicle condition differs from what was described. Personal Items Please remove all valuables and personal belongings before service. We are not responsible for items left inside. Any items found will be bagged and left in the vehicle. Child Seats We do not remove or reinstall child seats. If left in place, we will clean around them but cannot guarantee full cleaning in those areas. Vehicle Condition & Risk All vehicles are cleaned at the owner’s risk and must withstand normal cleaning processes. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, weak or resprayed paint, loose trims, rust, aftermarket accessories, or mechanical faults. Any proven damage directly caused by our service is limited to the cost of the service provided. Service Times All timeframes are estimates only. Satisfaction Please inspect your vehicle upon completion. Any concerns must be raised immediately before departure. Excessive Soiling Heavily soiled vehicles, pet hair, stains, mould, or biohazards may incur additional charges or refusal of service. Weather & Operations We may reschedule due to weather, staffing, safety, or equipment issues. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
